Cannes 2018: Mallika Sherawat & Huma Qureshi Disappoint Big Time!

A while back, we
told you how fashionistas- Deepika Padukone & Kangana Ranaut won
hearts at the red carpet of Cannes 2018 with their spectacular looks.
But here comes a
bit of a disappointment in Bollywood’s other actresses like Huma Qureshi and
Mallika Sherawat who also walked the red carpet.

Talking about
Huma’s look, the actress wore a bespoke suit by Nikhil Thampi with heavy
metallic work on the bottom of her blazer and pants. Hair pulled back and just
a string of stones around the neck- I appreciate Huma to do something different
than turn up in a fancy gown, but the experiment is not flattering,
unfortunately.

Somehow, the
texture, fabric and the overload of platinum chip with the outfit doesn’t add
up to a perfect 10. Sorry Huma, but this didn’t impress much.

And now talking
about Mallika Sherawat, the lady wore a mauve gown by couture designer, Tony
Ward. The gown is still not such a bummer as much the make-up and hair-do are.
May be a better support from the hair and make-up team would have made the
difference.
Mallika is a
regular at the festival but has seldom made an out of the world appearance at
the do. However, let’s see if she makes an exception this time.
